1. Snap lead wire endings to metal snaps on electrode pads. Plug other end of lead wires into top of device.
2. Channel A pads should be (1) between the spine and shoulder blade; and (2) below the lowest portion of the shoulder blade.
3. Channel B pads will be set up in the same configuration as Channel A, on the opposite side of the spine.
